What did I do this weekend?

Hi guys, how are you doing? so I was pretty busy this weekend (I wanted to write it and publish it yesterday but I could not), that’s why I decided to make a little post about what I did.

Friday night:

For the first time in ages, I went out, I’m not the kind of girl who likes to go out, I’m like a solo person. But I had a really great time, maybe I should do this more often. So yeah. I have a friend who lives in Lille, in northern France for work, so like he always does, he asked our little group of friends if we were free on Friday night, I had not seen him since 2 or 3 years or something, we used to be very close before he left. It was weird to see him, but I am happy I did. He is the kind of guy who jokes ALL the time.

Before all of this happened, a friend and his girlfriend picked me up at 7.45 pm but catastrophe, his car stopped working right after I got in the car, I thought the engine was dead, which hopefully wasn’t. So his girlfriend and I had to push the car (hilarious), It drained all my energy, I had never felt so weak, it took me about 10 minutes to take my breath back aha. Then as his car wasn’t working I drove us there instead. What a way to start the night!

When we finally arrived to our spot place, we went for a snack, Nachos, I should have taken some pictures, sorry I was too busy to appreciate my nachos. Then, we went for a drink (no alcohol for me, I drive aha).

Saturday night:

My parents, sister and I went to see a musical, RESISTE (here is a little trailer). A young generation interpret songs from the 70’s 80’s, which created a story. I am not into old music, but as it was modernized I really enjoyed it. There is a beautiful story behind it and all the artists are fabulous, they give so much energy that’s unbelievable. I know the girl who’s playing Maggie, the main character of the story, our moms are friends so we played together when we were kids. That was funny to see her on stage.

Thanks to her mom I got pictures with some of the cast and even an autograph which I am very happy about aha. I would have never did it without her, I am sooooooo timid it’s so annoying. Whilst I was waiting like everyone else to take my pictures I was felling so anxious, why? In front of them I was felling ridiculous, I wasn’t able to talk, I even look so stressed on the pictures (a few of them), whilst they look awesome! geez! I wasn’t naturally smiling, I don’t know if you see what I mean?

That’s it for today guys, hope you liked it!

Lots of love ❤

  1. Looks like you had a busy weekend! About the nachos, it’s okay you didn’t take photos of it. You deserved to munch on them after pushing the car of your friend and driving to the place where you had to go! 😆 Also, I love going to musicals! I love seeing theatre productions! It looked like you had so much fun! And I don’t see you stressed in the photos! You still look lovely! 💕
